Please note that ISBNPA Memberships end on 31st December each year. Delegates who renewed their ISBNPA Membership are eligible for the member conference rate.
Delegates who have not renewed their membership will be paying a non-member registration rate which includes the ISBNPA Membership for the upcoming year.

In order to receive the student registration rate, you will have to provide us with proof that you are a student (full or part-time in undergraduate or graduate degree programs, up to 12 months after the date of their doctoral degree). You can upload a copy of your student card (both sides showing photo, name and card expiry date) upon registration.
**LOW- AND LOWER-MIDDLE-INCOME COUNTRIES
You are eligible to register as a delegate from a low or low- middle-income country if you currently live and study or work in a low or lower-middle-income country as recognized by the World Bank (click here to see the list). If you live and study or work in a high-income country and are funded by an institution in a low or lower-middle-income country you are also eligible to register at the LMIC rate. In order to receive the registration rate for low- or lower-middle-income countries, you need to provide us with proof of your nationality. Please upload a copy of your ID (showing photo, name and nationality) upon registration.
Credit Card Payments
Registration paid with a credit card is the preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as a payment to ISBNPA.
Bank Transfer
Banking details are provided on the Invoice. A fee of $20 USD will be added to your invoice for payments via bank transfers.
Registration confirmation
Your registration and receipt of payment will be acknowledged by email. Please be sure to add registration[at]isbnpa.org and annualmeeting[at]isbnpa.org to your list of safe senders.
Cancellations are permitted until Monday, April 3, 2023. Registrants will receive a full refund less a USD $100 administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted via email registration[at]isbnpa.org to the Annual Meeting Secretariat no later than April 3, 2023. If payment was previously made by bank transfer, the notification must include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted. Registrants wishing to cancel after April 3, 2023, will not be eligible for a refund, however, transfer of the registration to another delegate is acceptable.
Delegates applying for visas, must do so by early February, 2023. Should applicants not get approved, all fees paid will be refunded, less a USD $100.00 administrative fee, if you provide the Official Visa Letter of Refusal and proof of application date (early Feb), no later than May 3, 2023 by emailing registration[at]isbnpa.org.
Find out if you require a visa to travel to Sweden early to ensure you apply on time (processing can vary widely). If you require an invitation letter in order to obtain a visa, please note that you must be fully registered and have received a confirmation of payment before the invitation letter can be emitted. Please be advised that for payment by bank transfer or cheque, the Secretariat requires 2-3 business days to process your request.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Annual Meeting and book your travel, you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Annual Meeting, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Sweden, failure to utilize tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Organizing Committee and the Secretariat for ISBNPA 2023 cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
By registering for in-person attendance at ISBNPA Annual Meeting 2023, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending ISBNPA Annual Meeting 2023 in Uppsala, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold ISBNPA, Venue West Conference Services or any of their affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for illness or injury.
Please be advised that photographs and video will be taken at the Annual Meeting for use on the ISBNPA 2023 website and in the press and future ISBNPA marketing materials and other publications. By attending the annual meeting, you acknowledge that your photo may be taken and used by the annual meeting officials.
